Art and theatre are intimately connected, both relying on visual storytelling to evoke emotion and communicate complex ideas, they engage the audience’s senses, provoke thought, and reflect human experiences, offering a space where the visual and the dramatic can intersect and enhance one another. Through this connection, they offer a profound way to interpret and understand the world around us.

Students of Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych could profoundly experience these two worlds during a fantastic trip to Teatr Szekspirowski in Gdańsk  (https://teatrszekspirowski.pl/)  and later on see an outstanding performance of  The Great Gatsby starring  TNT Theatre Britain (  https://www.english-theatre.cz/). Besides they could master their English as the play was in the original language of the masterpiece playwright F. Scott Fitzgerald.

What can we say – we just loved it!  Art+Theatre+English is, trully, a match made in heaven.
